Dear Group Members,
We have an important update to share regarding the recent developments in our legal battle for reinstatement. In 2022, the tribunal court in Amravati ruled that our termination was illegal, and the management was ordered to reinstate all 27 teaching and non-teaching members with back wages and continuity within 2 months.
However, despite this order, the management did not take the necessary steps to reinstate us. In response, we filed a Contempt of Court case in Nagpur High Court. Subsequently, the management filed a separate writ petition challenging the tribunal's judgment.
We are pleased to inform you that today, the judgment came in our favor. The tribunal's decision was upheld, and the management's writ petition was dismissed. This is a significant victory for our cause, and it means that we can proceed with the Contempt case to ensure the enforcement of the original tribunal order.
We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to all members for your unwavering support throughout this legal battle.
